A graduate in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (Madrid), he is the Chairman of Indra since January 2015.
He has worked in different companies and financial institutions. Between 2011 and 2014 he was the CEO of Grupo Prisa. Between 2005 and 2011 he was CEO at Credit Suisse in Spain and Portugal. He was Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Telefónica in 2000-2003. Abril-Martorell has extensive financial experience as Managing Director and Treasurer at JP Morgan in Spain, where he worked for 10 years before joining Telefónica. He is currently a member of Board of Directors of Ence.
An economist with an MBA from IESE and EOI, Javier de Andrés began his career at what is now Fujitsu, S.A. España, occupying different positions in the financial area until his appointment as Chief Financial Officer. He has also held this office at Tupperware Iberica, S.A. and Cyanamid Ibérica, S.A./ Wyeth Orfi. He joined Indra in 1999 and from 2002 to 2007 occupied the post of Management Control Director. In 2007 he was appointed Vice President of Corporate Control, Purchasing and Logistical Systems, and in 2009 he took over the helm as Director of the BPO Division. He was nominated for the post of President & COO in 2010 and officially appointed in June 2011.

Carlos Suárez is an aeronautical engineer with an Executive MBA from IESE. He occupied different management positions at CASA, Andersen Consulting and Gamesa Aeronaútica from 1989 to 2000. In 2000 he was appointed Sales Director of the A400M Program at EADS MTAD. Between 2003 and 2007 he was Vice President of Military Derivatives Programs for Airbus Platforms. From June 2007 to March 2009 he was a member of the EADS Executive Committee, Chairman & CEO of EADS CASA, and Head of the EADS Military Transport Aircraft Division. In January 2010 he was appointed a Deputy Executive Vice President of Indra with responsibility for the Defense Platforms Division. He is currently Executive Vice President for Defense, Security, Asia and Africa.

Rafael Gallego is a telecommunications engineer and a graduate of the General Management Program of IESE. He started his career at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) but joined Indra in 1980, where he has held several positions in different areas of the company. Prior to his appointment as Executive Vice President in 2005, he was Director of the Transport and Traffic market. He is currently Executive Vice President for Air Traffic and Europe.
Cristina Ruiz has a degree in Business and Economics. She has pursued her professional career in operations and information systems consulting, holding a number of different positions at companies in the field. She joined Indra in 2011 as Energy Market Manager and was appointed Deputy Executive Vice President with responsibility for the Consulting, Energy, Telecommunications and Media businesses in January 2013. She is currently Executive Vice President for IT and Digital.

Juan Carlos Baena holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE. He began his career in 1982 at Grupo Antibióticos, where he held several posts, including Director of Finance, Administration and Control. In 1992 he joined Indra as Financial Officer of the Information Technologies Area, and in 1994 became responsible for Indra’s financial management. Appointed Senior Vice President for Corporate Development and Finance in 1999, he has also served as a director on the boards of other listed companies. He is currently Senior Vice President for Finance.
